  • If you want to take a car for local use on km basis then Start/End km & hours are calculated from Garage to Garage.
  • For out station duty driver will not drive after 20:00 Hrs. & Hills after sunset as per gov Rule.
  • On no account driver can be force asked to go on speed beyond the normal speed allowed by the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
  • Parking, Toll and Entry fee are directly payed by customer
  • Kindly check the vehicle before realizing. We are not responsible for any loss of bags/articles.
  • Sightseeing as per the itinerary (wherever the Vehicle would be allowed to Go.)
  • Haridwar Taxi reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
  • All the additional charges will be payable directly to driver by cash.
  • For airport/railway transfers it is the customer’s responsibility to call the cab at enough notice to make it for the connecting journey. Any delay caused by traffic etc will not be the responsibility of Haridwar Taxi.
  • Driver Detail of taxi will be send by SMS / mail before 05 Hour of actual pickup time.
  • Please check the car before seat inside or start your tour after that car will not be change during the tour.
  • All dispute will be resolved under Haridwar Jurisdiction only.
  • These rates are not valid in May, June, Sep, Oct & weekend & long weekends. So please check the correct rates before the booking.


Dehradun is the capital of Uttarakhand. Dehradun is situated in the Garhwal region. Dehradun is 255 km far from New Delhi. Dehradun is famous for natural beauty and educational institutes. Dehradun Dehra Doon is made up of two words. Dehra means “Camp” Doon means “Valley between two mountains.” (Shivaliks & Himalayas). When Guru Ram Rai, son of Guru Har Rai, was came in this area to stay and he set up their camp. The tent city developed over time. According to Skanda Purana Dehradun was a part of region “Kedarkhand” (Home of Lord Shiva). Dehradun is also known as Dronnagari because according to epic Mahabharat “Dronacharya” the instructor(Guru) of Pandvas and Kauravas born and lived in Dehradun.As mentioned in epic Ramayana Lord Ram and his younger brother Laxman came this place after winning the battle v/s Ravan.

Chinese traveler Hsuan-Tsang described that this area was known as Sudhnagar In the 7th century. Sudhnagar is later called as Kalsi. Dehradun was invaded by Mahmud of Ghazni during his campaigns into India followed by Taimooralang(1368), Ruahela Njibuddulo(1757) and Ghulam Qadir(1785). In 1806 Dehradun merged in nepal kingdom. In 1816 Britishers got Dehradun. After Independence In 2000 Uttaranchal (Uttarakhand) state was created, and dehradun becomes the capital.

Sahastradhara Sahastradhara is a very popular picnic spot. Sahastradhara means 'thousand springs'. Sahastradhara is situated at 16 km far Dehradun near Rajpur Village.It is a sulphur water spring assumed to have medicinal values which can rejuvenate the body and soul.It becomes more attractive during monsoon season because of the increased water level.

Lachhiwala Lachiwala is also popular picnic place near dehradun where fresh water comes from a streamand enters into pools which are spread over 700mts of area. There are diffrent water level in each pools(4ft to 7ft).

Tapkeshwar Temple Tapkeshwar temple is very famous and Ancient temple of Lord Shiva. This temple is 8 km far from Dehradun. This temple is very respected by the devotees of Lord Shiva.

Bhadraj Temple Bhadraj Temple is 15km far from Dehradun. This Temple belongs to Lord Balbhadra (brother of Lord Krishna). From this place we can have delightful view of the Doon Valley and Chakrata ranges.

Buddha Temple Buddha temple is one of the most famous and beautyful temple of Dehradun. It is situated at Clement town area. It was built in 1965 as one of the four Tibetan religion schools and was named "Nyingma". It is replica of the The monastery in Tibet.

Santaura Devi Temple The Santaura Devi temple is 16 km far from Dehradun near Santur Garh. People mostly visit this temple on saturedays because it is regarded as day of The Goddess Sataura.

Robber’s Cave(Guchhipani) Robber’s Cave is one of the popular tourist place of Dehradun. It is a perfect place to spend the time in clean and tidy ambiance. You can reach stream of Robber’s Cave by trek of 1km. You can see amazing Natural Beauty in this place.

Malsi Deer Park An ideal spot for picnicking for those who Loves Nature. It is a zoological park at the base of the Shivalik Range. It is home of two horned deer, Tiger, Neelgai, Peacock and many other animals.This place is very well maintained.
