Jim Corbett is situated in the Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand at an elevation of 400 to 1220 meters, it is one of the famous & oldest national park of India & is a home to various species which consist of 110 tree species, 50 mammals species, 580 bird species, 25 reptile species and 488 different varieties of plants species these are main attraction of Jim Corbett in which some of them can be seen through local jeep Safari available in Corbett and other than this there is a well known temple of Girjiya Devi where taxi is reachable and the best time to visit Corbett is from 15 November to 15 June because the National park opens from 15 November.
The distance from Delhi to Corbett is 250 km which takes 8-9 hrs drive one way & direct taxi’s are easily available for Corbett.
